About The Role
Software Finder is hiring a Client Success Specialist to manage client relationships across active campaigns. This role focuses on clear expectation setting, campaign oversight, and timely issue resolution to ensure strong client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across live campaigns.
- Set and reinforce expectations around lead quality, delivery criteria, and billing models such as PPL, VP, and content‑led initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead acceptance, utilization, and budget pacing.
- Proactively identify risks related to dissatisfaction, refunds, or under‑utilization.
- Handle client queries and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve delivery.
- Support budget optimization discussions, including short‑term extensions.
