Finance Controller - AIF

We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech and alternative investments platform that operates across Corporate Lending, Real Estate Finance, Consumer Finance, Affordable Housing, and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

We are looking for an experienced finance leader to drive financial control, fund accounting, audits, valuations, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder management for the AIF business.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures

✅ Manage Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, NAV oversight, and MIS reporting

✅ Drive Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Regulatory Compliance

✅ Oversee Valuation processes and financial governance across AIFs and SPVs
