Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Understand clients‘ business briefs & goals along with retainership of clients 
• Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution and quality delivery of events
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the desired output
• Stakeholder Management and Operational Efficiency
• Fluency with Excel- Cost sheets and P&Ls

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management or a related role within the experiential marketing industry
