What You’ll Do

+ Answer inbound calls and assist policyholders, agents, and claimants

+ Support new claims setup and update claim documentation

+ Handle basic administrative tasks including data entry and file processing

+ Provide helpful, professional service and route inquiries as needed

+ Assist teams with follow-ups and claim-related support activities

Role Logistics

+ Worksite: Onsite – Mechanicsburg, PA

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (no weekends)
