• Daily management of the Client Services Team to include but not limited to the following:
o Stock lines are replenished in a timely fashion following procedures
o Artwork proofs are checked for accuracy before submission to the client
o Manage all bespoke customer requirements
o Monitor stocking levels and overstocked lines
o Manage quotations and ensure best buying
o Ensure all orders are processed in a timely fashion and deadlines are met
o Review high value purchase orders
o Purchase order progress
o Follow month end procedures to ensure all non stocked lines are invoiced, all PX charges are raised, backorders are monitored
o Have a vast amount of Point of Sale and Direct Mail Experience in ad...
