Position Overview

The Client Services Management Trainee will be responsible for managing client relationships while supporting the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across service lines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a supporting point of contact for key clients, facilitating clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams
• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs through regular interactions and follow-ups
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, helping ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Help address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly by coordinating with relevant internal teams and escalating matters to senior management when required
