This role serves as the primary relationship manager for key clients and prospects, working collaboratively across business units to identify opportunities, secure new work, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

The Client Service Leader develops and executes market growth strategies aligned with Barge's strategic plan while fostering long-term partnerships with clients in the power generation, electric utilities, renewable energy, battery and energy storage, transmission and distribution, natural gas, industrial energy, data center, and emerging energy sectors.
