This position reports to the Client Services Team Manager and is based at our offices in Bryanston. The successful individual will be required to provide empathetic and sincere interaction with our valued clients, answer incoming calls, foster positive client relations, manage inquiries, and promptly resolve customer queries or complaints.
Responsibilities Attend to high call and workflow volumes, ensuring all client queries are addressed in a timely manner. Interact with clients in an empathetic and sincere manner, building on the company values and brand. Develop excellent product knowledge to confidently address client queries.
