• Handles customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provides support via call and email.
• Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborates with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate (old curriculum or K-12 or SHS graduate).
• No experience required as long as willing to learn and willing to be trained.
• Has English language proficiency.
• Open to shifting schedule and on-site work in BGC, Taguig.
