We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager who brings strong banking and credit experience and can own client relationships while ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned bank and financial institution partners.
- Manage client onboarding, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live execution.
- Translate bank credit and product requirements into clear, actionable workflows.
- Support bank teams in transaction execution and pipeline development, business conversion and portfolio relationship management.
- Facilitate joint client calls, trainings, and enablement sessions.
