Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: Reporting to one of the Leaders in Absence & Disability Management and in collaboration with the Workplace Health Team, the Client Partner, Disability Management/Work Accommodation is responsible for case management for the rehabilitation of ill/injured employees through the development, negotiation and implementation of rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, return to work plans and duty to accommodate agreements. Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of musculoskeletal injury prevention programs in an assigned area of Fraser Health.
