Role Overview

Slalom is seeking an experienced Director, Client Partner to lead and grow our Energy & Utilities portfolio in Melbourne. This is a senior, market-facing leadership role accountable for building trusted executive relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional delivery across complex Energy & Utilities clients.

You will act as a strategic advisor to utility providers and energy organisations navigating large-scale transformation—spanning digital modernisation, data and analytics, cloud, customer experience, regulatory change, and operating model transformation—while building Slalom’s brand and footprint across the Victorian energy ecosystem.
