**In this role you will:**

+ Proactively reviewing a dedicated portfolio of clients to drive revenue and maintain Client Experience outcomes
+ Act as an escalation point for customers within their portfolio on issues that may extend beyond the local market
+ Maintain business volume and reducing attrition by optimising pricing and structure, and driving facility utilisation
+ Enhance collaboration with Transaction Services, internal stakeholders, Sales Managers, Relationship Managers and other external units on service performance, initiatives and issues
