Client Growth & Engagement

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.


• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and client documentation.


• Help identify upsell, renewal, and cross‑selling opportunities in client accounts.


• Support client onboarding and kick‑off processes for short‑term projects.


• Gather, organize, and communicate client requirements to internal teams.
