This role is focused on driving client engagement, strengthening customer loyalty, and supporting long-term commercial growth through strategic client development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the client experience across both physical and digital touchpoints while supporting the cultivation of high-value customer relationships.
This position is based within a flagship retail environment in London and works closely with both store leadership and wider client development teams. The role partners with sales, CRM and customer service functions to deliver client engagement strategies and reports into the store leadership structure while maintaining close collaboration with regional client development stakeholders
