Key Responsibilities:
- Handle payment verification and vendor management.
- Issue invoices to customers and follow up on payments.
- Manage bookkeeping within the ERP system.
- Prepare weekly inventory and cost reports.
- Assist with tax compliance and return filing.
- Support the preparation of financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably within the manufacturing or customer after sales service industry.
- Accounting professionals with experience with tax return filing.
- Fluent in English, proficient in common ERP software and Microsoft suites of Office software.
