Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle payment verification and vendor management.
  • Issue invoices to customers and follow up on payments.
  • Manage bookkeeping within the ERP system.
  • Prepare weekly inventory and cost reports.
  • Assist with tax compliance and return filing.
  • Support the preparation of financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably within the manufacturing or customer after sales service industry.
  • Accounting professionals with experience with tax return filing.
  • Fluent in English, proficient in common ERP software and Microsoft suites of Office software.
