            Job Description Monitor daily construction activities and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. 
Inspect workmanship, materials and completed works at the project site. 
Identify defects, non-compliance and safety concerns, and report them to the Project Manager or Consultant. 
Maintain daily site records, inspection reports, progress photographs and defect lists. 
Coordinate inspections with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and relevant authorities. 
Verify that corrective works are properly completed. 
Monitor construction progress and highlight delays or site issues. 
Attend site meetings and provide updates on workmanship, quality and progress. 
Ensure contractors follow approved method statements and project requirements. 
Assist with testing, commissioning and handover inspections.
