Key Duties

• Maintaining the cleanliness of all communal areas including reception spaces corridors lifts and staircases
• Carrying out regular cleaning of high touch points to ensure a hygienic and safe environment for all residents
• Emptying bins and managing waste collection in accordance with building standards
