We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Northampton for a permanent HGV Class 2 Driver to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional driver looking for stable, weekday work with excellent benefits and full Moffett training provided.

The Role

You will be delivering palletised goods (mainly to construction and drylining sites) using a curtainsider vehicle. The role offers a great balance of driving and customer interaction, with minimal manual handling.
Average 2 runs per day
Typically 5–6 drops per day (additional drops are local only)
Deliveries across Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Huntingdonshire + 30-mile radius
Occasional delivery into Central London (Kentish Town)
80% site deliveries
Start time 06:30, finish around 16:00–17:00
No weekends or bank holidaysMost deliveries are unloaded by the customer using FLT. For smaller sites, you’ll use a Moffett (full training provided and paid for).
