As a Class 1 Driver, you will:
Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely and professionally, complying with all local and national transport regulations.
Complete scheduled UK-wide collection and delivery routes, ensuring punctual, efficient, and reliable service.
Carry out thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle checks, reporting any defects in line with company and legal requirements.
Secure loads correctly using ratchet straps and safe manual handling techniques to protect goods and ensure safe transit.
Use a handheld PDA to complete all delivery and collection documentation quickly and accurately.
