We are seeking an experienced Marine Claims Manager. This role offers broad exposure across casualty management, fleet insurance programmes, risk mitigation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic maritime environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle complex marine claims and other insurance classes, acting as a trusted advisor to internal teams, clients, insurers, and service providers throughout the claim’s lifecycle.
• Take ownership of insurance incidents and recovery matters arising across the fleet, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently from notification through resolution.
• Coordinate with external insurance partners, including clubs, insurers, surveyors, legal advisors, and loss adjusters on ongoing matters.
• Maintain oversight of insurance arrangements for assigned vessels, ensuring policies, certificates, and related records remain accurate and up to date.
