The role involves assessing new enquiries, gathering relevant information, identifying potentially viable claims, explaining the claims process, completing compliance requirements, and ensuring suitable cases are onboarded efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate will play a key role in converting enquiries into retained clients whilst maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance.
