Job Responsibilities - Verify correctness and completeness of assessments and supporting documents submitted by applicants.
- Verify applicant’s eligibility criteria according to the policies for various grants/schemes.
- Verify that details on assessments and applications are captured accurately in the system against the submitted documents.
- Liaise with assessors and applicants on any queries pertaining to the assessments/applications submitted via phone call or email.
- Record and reply to enquiries from applicants and notify applicants with incomplete and ineligible application outcome.
