Job Responsibilities
  • Verify financial claims and determine the necessary documents for assessment.
  • Apply prudence in processing and approving claims.
  • Escalate complex cases for review and decision.
  • Handle customer requests within established service standards to deliver a positive experience.
  • Salary up to $3,000.
Period
  • 2 years full‑time contract.
Working Hours
  • Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:30pm.
Location
  • Depot Road.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
  • Relevant experience in claims processing and/or customer service is an advantage.
  • Meticulous.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Result oriented.
