Process owner for claims processing in the plant: recording, evaluation and conclusion of all claims procedures
Logging and plausibility testing of defect costs
Preparation and leading of quality discussions in the plant
Applying lessons learned to new projects
Responsible for approval and release of purchased parts (new parts in PEP projects / changes (ECR) for EAS ( Electric Air suspension) of Commercial Vehicles and etc.
Planning and execution of preventive quality and release measures for purchased parts
Active participation in the SE team of product development
Works in tandem with project purchasing manager (PPx)
Qualifications
Technical understanding, problem solving, conflict management
Experience from working in Quality assurance, production, development or purchasing quality
