            Support the Engineering Manager and Lead Structural Engineer in executing projects while meeting established scope, budget, and schedule requirements. 
Ensure structural engineering deliverables incorporate safety, reliability, and integrity standards throughout the design process. 
Promote adherence to applicable engineering codes, industry standards, and company procedures. 
Maintain and update structural engineering procedures, specifications, and computer-aided design tools. 
Perform structural engineering calculations and analyses to support project requirements. 
Develop technical specifications using information and requirements provided by other engineering disciplines. 
Prepare and contribute to engineering reports, technical memoranda, and other project documentation within areas of expertise.
