Minimum 4+ years of proven site execution experience in UAE infrastructure or heavy civil projects. 
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, formwork systems, and rebar detailing. 
 Responsibilities  Oversee daily site operations, ensuring execution matches structural drawings and project timelines. 
Coordinate massive concrete pours and supervise subcontractor activities on the ground. 
Strictly enforce DBB HSE protocols alongside the site safety team to ensure zero-harm operations.
