Civil Mining Engineer - Independent Contractor

Location: St. John's, NL; Brampton, Sudbury; or North Bay, ON

Hourly Rate: $100 - $150 per hour. Compensation varies based on experience, certifications, and location.

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Mining Engineer to serve as an Independent Contractor for our Mining Group, working on diverse underground mining projects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect new and existing mining sites to determine optimal material extraction methods, including site visits and analysis of geological data.
• Provide mining engineering and design services for underground mine studies (scoping, prefeasibility, feasibility, detailed design, and NI 43-101 technical reports).
