Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and oversee construction / engineering works at site Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, and safety requirements Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities (e.g., HDB, LTA, PUB) Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with contract requirements Prepare and submit technical documents, reports, and shop drawings for approval Coordinate site activities including manpower, materials, and equipment Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies Assist in project costing, variation orders, and claims documentation Maintain proper documentation and records for all site activities Requirements
