Prepare detailed site plans, zoning plans, and subdivision plans in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
Design and analyze stormwater management systems, including green infrastructure solutions, to ensure effective drainage and regulatory compliance.
Create and review stormwater and drainage calculations, reports, and supporting documentation.
Design septic systems and related site utilities as required for various land development projects.
Incorporate New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations into project designs and documentation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current requirements.
Address soil erosion and sediment control requirements in design documents and coordinate with appropriate agencies for approvals.
