Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pedimento audit per shipment
  • Error identification and correction before payment
  • Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow
  • Interpret import and export DLSOP procedures to meet customer expectations
  • Accurate and timely data entry into the operating system
  • Track and trace customs files
  • Verify compliance and correctness of documents for import and export
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies (OPS) and external regulations (e.g., OEA)
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements
  • Respond to overseas communications and internal/external requests in a timely manner
  • Escalate problems to Management when necessary
  • Complete mandatory and annual training (52 hours per year) and maintain compliance records
