We are seeking an experienced L2 L3 Support Engineer to provide operational and technical support for Cisco video conferencing and collaboration environments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize enterprise video conferencing infrastructure, ensuring high availability and excellent user experience across meeting rooms, executive conferencing systems, and hybrid collaboration platforms.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex issues.
- Manage and support Cisco collaboration platforms including CUCM, Expressway, CMS, Webex, and TMS.
- Analyze SIP, H.323, WebRTC, and media flow issues; diagnose endpoint connectivity, call quality, and network-related issues.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, firmware management, and configuration changes.
