            Responsibilities Serve as the linguistic Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Simplified Chinese. 
Review and interpret project guidelines and provide language-specific clarifications. 
Support training and onboarding of annotators. 
Conduct linguistic calibration sessions and office hours. 
Review challenging audio samples and edge cases. 
Resolve disputes related to transcription, speaker identification, and language interpretation. 
Validate localized trigger phrases and language-specific conventions. 
Review User Turn transcriptions for: 
transcription accuracy, 
filler word handling, 
truncated/unsure tags, 
intended vs unintended speech classification. 
Partner with QA and Delivery teams to resolve linguistic escalations. 
Create learning documents and language-specific best practices.
