Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager – Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals to oversee and expand sales operations in Chile. This is a remote, full‑time contract role.

The role requires the candidate to be a resident of Chile and to submit applications in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for chemical products, including HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the coatings, painting, putty, tile adhesives, and mortar industries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.
• Monitor competitor activity to remain competitive and proactive in the market.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader business goals.
