Job Overview The Chief Steward is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen and dining area in a catering company. They ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of the work environment, ensuring all food service areas comply with safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Supervise the stewards and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas
- Oversee inventory management for kitchen supplies and cleaning materials
