**The Opportunity**



The **Chief of Imaging Services** is envisioned as the senior enterprise leader accountable for the clinical, operational, financial, and workforce performance of diagnostic imaging services across all sites and modalities. This role is intended to:



+ Provide unified leadership and strategic direction for Diagnostic Imaging services

+ Establish system-wide governance and clear decision rights for strategy, standards, and capital

+ Standardize performance management and reduce unwarranted variation while preserving necessary local customization

+ Strengthen quality, safety, access, and patient experience through common clinical and operational capabilities

+ Align enabling functions (analytics, informatics/PACS, workforce development, vendor/JV management) to support scale
