Chief HPC Network Engineer

EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief HPC Network Engineer in Argentina to define the global technical strategy for GPU infrastructure.

• Establish architectural roadmaps and reference architecture for advanced AI, research and Kubernetes-based GPU infrastructure.
• Enforce engineering standards and provide technical leadership across teams.
• Architect, operate and optimize high‑performance network fabrics for large‑scale LLM and distributed AI workloads.
• Design network observability and monitoring for InfiniBand/RDMA and other HPC fabrics.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in high‑performance networking, InfiniBand/RDMA, Kubernetes and GPU infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of AI workloads and distributed systems.
• Experience delivering complex technical solutions at scale.
