Oleares (formerly DSRA) is a growing Spanish real estate development and investment company focused on high-quality residential projects — build-to-sell, build-to-rent, affordable housing, and student housing — along the Mediterranean coast (Sitges, Barcelona, Valencia Region). As the company grows, Oleares will expand its operations across Spain with projects expected in additional regions.
The CFO will lead the development of the company's full financial infrastructure — including financial strategy, governance, reporting systems, project-level financial visibility, and institutional-grade controls — to support Oleares' growth across multiple developments and geographies in Spain. The role requires building scalable processes, ensuring financial discipline, and acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and investors.
