Role Purpose

As CFO, you will own Founderz's financial strategy and operations, working directly with the CEO, COO and executive team to drive sustainable growth. You will be the financial backbone of a fast‑scaling edtech company with an international footprint, bringing structure, rigor, and strategic vision to everything from day‑to‑day cash management to long‑term financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO, COO and Board.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and company audits.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all financial functions.
• Manage relationships with banks and external financial partners.
