I’m supporting a confidential search for a Chief Executive Officer to lead a Québec-focused gold development company advancing toward a restart of production.
The business has established a clear development pathway, underpinned by existing processing infrastructure and a growing resource base. It is currently positioned at approximately C$60M market cap, with the opportunity to build and scale through a combination of production restart and resource growth.
Importantly, the company has entered into a term sheet with a global commodities group for a prepayment facility and gold offtake agreement. This provides non‑dilutive financing support and an explicit framework to advance the planned restart of operations.
The mandate is to appoint a Chief Executive Officer capable of leading this next phase of development.
