            Job Description

Lead and manage the Engineering and Maintenance team.
Deliver preventative maintenance programs and oversee day-to-day repairs and capital projects.
Ensure all hotel plant, equipment and building services are maintained to a high standard.
Manage contractors, permits, compliance documentation and statutory maintenance requirements.
Oversee fire safety systems, emergency preparedness and Health & Safety compliance.
Monitor maintenance budgets, asset registers and engineering records.
Work closely with Front Office and Housekeeping to maximise room availability and guest satisfaction.
Drive sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement across the property.
Prepare maintenance reports and respond to after-hours emergencies when required.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company's staff accommodation, ensuring timely repairs and compliance with company standards.
