Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for the entire Enso platform.
• Design product flows, wireframes, prototypes and a design system in Figma.
• Make data‑driven decisions using metrics, A/B experiments and dashboards (PostHog).
• Coordinate product activities with Tech, Sales, Community and Finance teams.
• Start as a one‑man show and build a product team as Enso grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product roles within startups or scaleups.
• Full‑stack product mindset with strong UX/UI skills in Figma and analytical rigor.
