POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Chief Engineer with Stream, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assigning tasks to engineering teams; setting long and short-term project goals; negotiating with vendors and clients; ensuring that projects stay within time and budgetary restraints; compiling reports for assigned properties; and supporting the engineering team as needed to maintain standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the annual budget process. Develop specifications and assist in the solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contracts. Involvement, with some oversight, of construction, tenant improvement, and capital projects.
