Responsibilities Define the operational vision and translate business goals into actionable operational plans. Assist CHH Principals in the design of scalable systems and processes for manufacturing, logistics, customer experience, after-sales quality/satisfaction. Own the overall operational project roadmap; structure, prioritize, and track all major initiatives.
