• Responsible for preparation, review, issuance, and control of QA documents, SOPs, specifications, and records.
• Maintain document control systems in compliance with BRCGS, IFS, Fair Trade, HACCP, and GMP requirements.
• Coordinate and support external, customer, and internal audits by providing required documentation and evidence.
• Track audit observations, non-conformities, CAPA, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Maintain HACCP documentation, risk assessments, verification, and validation records.
• Review production and quality records to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Manage master lists, document revisions, change controls, and record retention systems.
