Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation and evaluation of development projects for lubricant systems
Examination of customer and competitor samples
Close coordination with our production departments to increase efficiency and improve our processes
Supporting product developments until they are ready for series production
Cooperative collaboration with our customers, suppliers and sister companies
Maintenance of development documentation
Supporting the quality control department
Qualifications:
Successfully completed studies in chemistry (Bachelor, Master) or training as a chemical technician or industrial foreman in chemistry
Enthusiasm for innovation
Relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company
