Location: Vancouver, BC V5W 3A1.

Salary: $36.60 per hour. Hours: 30‑40 hours per week. Employment type: permanent full‑time.

Shift options: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, shift. Overtime available.

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
• Supervise specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and kitchen workers.
• Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
• Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for banquets and events.
• Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
• Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
