  • Take full ownership of the kitchen operation
  • Motivate, train and develop the team
  • Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
  • Control labour and manage wastage, the GP, and all costs & budgets
  • Order and control stock
  • Maintain high standards of service & compliance with company systems & procedures
  • Work closely with the front of house team
