The Position

:
  • Prepare, cook, and present food for café, kiosks, and catered events, ensuring quality and consistency.

  • Manage your section during service with efficiency, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).

  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and collaborate with the team for smooth kitchen operations.

  • Mentor junior chefs and apprentices, fostering skill development.

  • Contribute to menu planning and daily specials to enhance offerings.

  • Experience with functions and events.

    • The Person:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or senior cook, with Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and efficient kitchen operations.

  • Ability to perform well in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
