Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef successfully leading a high-end grill operation with demonstrated commercial success.
Proven experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant or Michelin Guide-recognized fine dining establishment .
Minimum 68 years of progressive culinary leadership experience within luxury hotels fine dining restaurants or renowned international restaurant groups.
